Daniel,
As planned, our front door was installed yesterday 6 Apr 2007 and everything went very
smooth. Above all, we are overwhelmed on how dramatic of an improvement the door made
to both the front of the house and interior. It's with out a doubt a thing of beauty and the
best part it doesn't talk to us when we open it. I can't express enough as a customer the
professionalism of the crew both Kenny and Robert. Both of them demonstrated out going
personality that isn't available with many people in your business. I spent the whole time with
them observing and talking about the door and various other subjects. Without hesitation
both took the time to explain things and communicate in general.
It was a pleasure dealing with you and your crew... I hope you cherish employees that can
handle themselves at a job site in an appropriate and professional manner as they exhibit.
Please relay my Thanks to the both of them again on a JOB WELL DONE and if possible
perhaps a bit more
compensation accordingly, with my reassurance they represented INTEGRITY with very
high regards and standards.
We are looking forward to utilizing INTEGRITY on our next project.
