First of all, Gail and I want to thank you very much for your courtesy and professionalism throughout our relationship
relative to the replacement of the roof on our home.
We found your free consultation for the replacement of the roof on our home to be extremely informative, and your
estimated price for the GAF Timberland 50 year shingles was very fair and competitive with other “reputable and well
established” roofing companies.
In addition to the above, and researching your company on the internet under 1-800-contractor.com and on your
website, “IntegrityWindowsAndSiding.com”, the ultimate reason for choosing you company was the “Golden Rule”
mentioned in your advertisements, “So in everything, do unto others as you would have them do unto you” (Matthew 7:
12).
Your company made the experience of having our roof replaced as pleasant as we deemed possible. There were no
negative surprises. The roofing materials arrived at our residence, and work began as scheduled. In view of the 2
rainy days and the 3 day holiday weekend that included Christmas Day (Monday) it is remarkable and amazing that
our complete roof replacement (tear off included) was done in a few short days from the start. Such a feat was
possible due to your company’s organization, planning, and seemingly having “all” the proper equipment needed to do
so.
Gail and I also want to extend special thanks to your company’s on-site workers and their supervisor. They worked
very diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. They were also very courteous to my family and all guests they
encountered. Prior to leaving our property each day, they cleaned up as well as possible to prevent possible
problems such as nails in the driveway, scattered debris, etcetera. Whenever we expressed concerns or had
questions, they were addressed as quickly as possible.
Finally, we are very satisfied with the appearance of our new roof. Having observed our complete roof replacement
process, and already experienced 2 heavy rains, we believe in our roof’s craftsmanship and quality of construction.
Several neighbors have also made very favorable comments regarding their observations of your company’s work
ethic and the appearance of our new roof.
In short, we would definitely recommend your company to others for roof replacements, and other services you offer.
